"Staring at Eternity" has been juried into two art shows, the Valley Art Center (2007) and the Fairmount Center (2007). In the Fairmount Center show, it received second place in the textile division. One of the hidden details of this piece is that it is quilted in an intricate black-on-black geometric design that contrasts with the organic curves of the fabrics.
